Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 10-20 business days after dispatch. Delivery delays may happen due to customs clearance, bad weather, logistics peak periods or other force majeure factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to you once the package is shipped. You can check the delivery status online at any time.
Customs Fees & Taxes
All import duties, taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We are not liable for parcels detained by local customs.
Failed Delivery
Please fill in accurate and complete shipping address and contact details. We will not refund shipping fees or arrange reshipment if delivery fails due to wrong address, unreachable contact or recipient refusing to accept the package.
